14,000 PANES
before breakfast.
Rope-access window cleaning for the tallest skyline on earth.
Buildings Under Contract
From the 101-storey Ciel Tower in JBR to single-storey retail podiums in DIFC, our roster covers every facade typology Dubai has produced. Each contract begins with a full rigging survey — anchor points mapped, load calculations signed off by a structural engineer, and a site-specific rescue plan lodged with the building's FM team before a single rope is thrown.
Storeys in a Single Descent
A standard rope-access descent runs 200 metres of working line and 200 metres of safety line, each independently anchored to certified roof davits. Our technicians carry deionised water in backpack tanks — resistivity above 1 MΩ·cm — which leaves zero mineral residue on glass and eliminates the streaking that tap-water systems produce by mid-morning in Dubai's hard-water grid.
Safety Incidents Since 2016
Every operative holds IRATA Level 2 or 3 certification, renewed annually. Level 3 supervisors run continuous PPE checks from the roof while an HSE officer monitors from ground level. All works are scheduled pre-dawn — ropes are set by 4:30 AM, panes are dry before tenants arrive — because an empty building is the safest building to work on.
How We Work
at any height.
IRATA Certified
Level 2 & 3
Site Survey & Rigging Plan
Every engagement starts on the roof, not the invoice. Our Level 3 IRATA supervisor walks every anchor point, checks davit load ratings, and produces a site-specific rigging drawing signed by a structural engineer.
Pre-Dawn Mobilisation
Ropes are set by 4:30 AM. In Dubai's summer, surface temperatures on south-facing glass exceed 60°C by 9 AM — early starts protect both glass quality and our technicians. Buildings are empty; disruption is zero.
Deionised Water Process
We use purified water with resistivity above 1 MΩ·cm, fed through carbon-fibre poles on lower storeys and backpack tanks on rope access. Zero detergent. Zero mineral residue. The glass is clean — not coated.
Facade Inspection Report
Every clean is also an inspection. Technicians photograph cracked seals, delaminating tint film, and corroded fixings. You receive a condition report within 24 hours — the kind of intelligence that prevents a AED 200,000 emergency repair.

“We manage eleven towers in JLT. Squeegee is the only contractor we've used who files a rigging drawing before the first visit. That's the difference between a vendor and a partner.”
Khalid Al-Mansoori
Head of Facilities · Jumeirah Lake Towers Portfolio
“A single streak on the lobby atrium costs us a TripAdvisor comment. In three years, we haven't had one. They're done before the breakfast service.”
Priya Nambiar
General Manager · Downtown Dubai, 5-Star Hotel
“My villa in Emirates Hills sits on a ridge — the panorama is the whole point. After every shamal, the glass turns the colour of sand. Squeegee has it restored in two hours.”
Marcus Hoffmann
Villa Owner · Emirates Hills, Sector 7
